a) Cash Value Refund

b) Credit Value Refund

  • The refunded amount will be credited into the customer’s account
  • Credit can be used for future purchases
  • Credit value is equivalent to the original purchase value

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Our daily parcel drop-off time is 3:00 PM.

  • Any cancellation request must be made before 3:00 PM on the same day of order placement
  • Customers are required to contact us through any of the following channels:

    • WhatsApp
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled

3. Return Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:
